Then it is crushed to the required fineness in the crusher, and the original components will not be destroyed. And substances that are flammable and explosive at room temperature can also be crushed at low temperatures, resulting in even greater effectiveness.
All parts that come into contact with the crushed materials in this unit are made of stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance. The frame is completely enclosed around it for easy cleaning, and the inner wall of the casing is machined to achieve a flat and smooth surface. Make the production of drugs, food, chemicals, etc. more in line with the "GMP" standards.

Usage guidelines:
1. Before using this machine, it is necessary to check whether the appearance of the machine is damaged during transportation and whether all accompanying documents are complete.
Before connecting the power, please confirm whether there are any iron or foreign objects inside the machine cavity to prevent cutting. Rotate the flywheel manually for at least one full turn, and do not move the movable knife by hand. To protect!
3. Ensure accurate rotation of the host before starting the motor and putting it into production.

operating procedures

  Warning: Do not reverse the rotation of the host and feeding motor, otherwise it may cause serious equipment accidents such as damage to the rotating knife, feeding screw, and left and right labyrinth seals!
Connect the device to the power supply, and each running motor should rotate in the direction of the arrow, avoiding reverse rotation. Run the machine empty for 5 minutes, set the pre cooling chamber temperature (liquid nitrogen flow can be controlled by valve liquid nitrogen), and set different crushing temperatures for different materials. Open the liquid nitrogen valve to start pre cooling. When the pre cooling reaches the set temperature, add the material to the pre cooling chamber and start pre cooling the material. When the material reaches the catalytic temperature, it begins to enter the crushing state. The material that has reached the catalytic state is fed into the main machine by a spiral feeder for crushing. It undergoes high-speed impact between the impeller and the fixed gear ring of the main machine, shearing, and mutual repetition between materials; Under the combined effects of impact, collision, and friction, the crushing effect is achieved. The finished materials are discharged from the sieve by centrifugal force and enter the receiving bag.
Both the screw propeller and the fine crushing chamber are equipped with liquid nitrogen nozzles and temperature sensing probes, which can continue to freeze materials. During crushing, the temperature inside the main chamber does not increase, allowing the materials to be crushed in a catalytic state and ensuring the required particle size for the final product. The fineness of the material is adjusted by replacing the sieve.
There are temperature output signals at the device connections, which can be connected to a control box. During the crushing process, the temperature can be displayed, and the liquid nitrogen flow rate can be adjusted according to the temperature to reduce unnecessary losses. When crushing, all temperature and current display devices operate according to their rated values. If any of them display overload, the alarm system will issue a warning and automatically stop running.
